Package and Shipping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

I use certified couriers (UPS, DHL, Fedex…) and choose one of them based on the size of the painting.

How long does the package take to arrive?

The packaging usually takes 5 business days to prepare and then is sent to its destination arriving within 4-5 days. If there are unforeseen events, the expectation is to take no more than 15 days to deliver the package. Eventually, you will want to make a priority shipment with a special delivery date; in that case, contact the artist by email to make a reservation (Surcharge included).

Is framing available for shipping?

At the moment, I do not have facilities for the framing of the pieces.

How do I find out what are the shipping costs for my country?

Calculation of the shipping fee that applies to your country is on the cart page. Other charges may apply according to the customs policies of each country.

What to do when a package is damaged?

If you see any damage when your package is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment as [damaged – return to sender] or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as [received damaged, subject to further inspection]. Please file the claim immediately! You also must keep all boxes and packing material. When you call you will need the tracking number of your box, a description of the damage, and its value. Please make photos of the damages package and send them to Raul M. Sarante with the info of your actions on it.

What are the payment methods

Raulmsarante.com offers secure payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer.
For shipments via bank transfer, the artist will only proceed with the shipping preparations once the payment has been notified in the account.

It is safe to buy online?

Raulmsarante.com uses an SSL Certificate that allows secure payment through the PayPal service provider. Payment details are not stored; they are only retained as required by the processing company to demonstrate approval for the transaction provided by the customer.

How do I place an Order?

Browse the items in the store and click on the image of the painting you want, then simply click on ‘Add to cart’ to place your order. On the Checkout page, you must complete the form with your personal data to know where to send the package and proceed with the payment.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the tracking number is set up with the courier, you will receive a track and trace code via email. The packaging usually takes 5 business days to prepare and then is sent to its destination arriving within 4-5 days. If there are unforeseen events, the expectation is to take no more than 18 days to deliver the package.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you wish to change or cancel the order, please get in touch through the contact page as soon as possible. While the package is not shipped, there is the possibility to change or cancel the order for free.

How Can I Return a Product?

Raulmsarante.com offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please be aware that this offer includes a full refund of the painting but shipping and PayPal charges are at your own expense. It is also the customer’s responsibility to get the painting back to Raul M. Sarante in Santo Somingo. He only accepts returns in original package. Make sure you have all the packaging materials until you are sure to keep the artwork. If you want to return the painting, please get in touch to discuss the appropriate actions.
