Raúl Miguel Sarante is a Dominican architect and visual artist. He pursued higher education at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) and the Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center (CATIE) in Costa Rica. He studied drawing and painting under renowned Dominican artists Guillo Pérez and Miguel Valenzuela and has exhibited his work at various cultural institutions, including the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Centro Cultural Dominico-Americano, and the Galería de Arte Guillo Pérez.
